RFID and Government Property
The good news is that "certain companies" are developing an RFID system that would more effectively track the movement of government property. The bad news is, you're the property!
Ankle bracelet? You're lucky, I had to wear an exploding necklace, Texas is very strict. You only have to pay for those if they explode though, so I saved a little money by not exploding it.
